✔ Cleanliness is a top priority for us and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home.
✔ Our home has a washer and dryer along with ironing board and iron for your use. No detergent or dryer sheets included due to skin sensitivity. Guests must buy their own.
✔We keep a first aid kit in the primary bathroom for minor cuts and scrapes.
✔ We provide fresh premium linens for each guest. ✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables to last 2 days - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.
✔ Coffee & tea are included.
Additonal Items:
We do welcome dogs! Other pets will not be considered due to allergies. Must make a pet apart of your reservation for the fee to be applied.
Lost and Found Items: We charge a $25 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance + 25% service fee. The remaining balance will be sent with receipt.

Welcome to Our Home! Please Review and Follow These Rules for a Great Stay:
-General Rules-
No Parties: Parties are not allowed, and security cameras monitor the property entrance. Unauthorized parties will lead to reservation cancellation without refund. However, contact us in advance to discuss any event plans; approval may be possible with additional fees.
Pet Policy: We love dogs too! But please keep dogs off furniture unless covered. You’re responsible for any pet-related damages or stains.
$125/day 65 Lbs or Less
Respect Quiet Hours: To keep our community peaceful, keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM as per city ordinance. Noise violations or unauthorized gatherings will lead to security deposit retention and possible reservation termination.

Damaged Items: Charged at fair market value or the invoiced amount for professional services
-Pool & Spa Safety Rules-
No Alcohol, Drugs, or Medications while using the pool/spa.
Food and Beverages: Keep away from the water.
No Smoking around the pool/spa.
Shower Before Use to keep the water clean.
No Glass Items near the pool/spa.
Health Precautions: Do not use if sick or have open wounds. Consult a doctor if pregnant or with health conditions.
Children Must Be Supervised.
Weather Caution: Exit during thunderstorms.
Temperature Guidelines: Turn down to 95°F after use; do not enter if water is above 104°F.
Rinse Off Before Entry: Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand and dirt.
No Food or Drinks in the Pool/Hot Tub: This keeps our water clean and equipment safe.
Do Not Touch Pool Equipment or Electrical Panels.

The property is regularly serviced with professional landscaping, spa maintenance, and pest control. We’ll notify you of any scheduled services upon check-in to minimize disruption and maintain the home’s quality.
Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, our calendar is blocked for your dates. We are unable to offer refunds outside our stated policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Florida Environment: Due to our warm climate, occasional bug sightings may occur. Please know that we conduct regular, professional pest control both indoors and outdoors to keep the property in pristine condition.
Lost & Found Policy: If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist. A $25 minimum shipping fee + a 25% service fee applies and must be paid in advance. A detailed receipt and the remaining balance will be provided with the shipment.
